Drains R Us is a very professional and affordable company and I only have good things to say about them. They are punctual and they get the job done right and efficiently. Their employees and boss are very kind and hardworking individuals. They do a lot for the community and they have been for years. They are very flexible and work to your desires. I cannot reiterate it enough this company is outstanding and they do very good work. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing issues that you may have.

I can’t say enough good things about Drains R Us! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
I had a pretty serious plumbing issue that I thought would be a nightmare to fix, but they handled it with confidence and efficiency. Not only did they resolve the problem faster than expected, but the quality of their work was beyond exceptional. They even cleaned up after themselves and left the space better than they found it!
It’s rare to find a company that takes such pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Drains R Us again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service.

I had an old 3 inch cast line. From the ejecter pit to my holding tank in yard approximately 40' × 4' down
Pipe burst & cracked in several places, from old age, Called Drains R Us on Friday late afternoon. Bill was at my home that evening. He proceeded to explain how he would remove and replace the old cast pipe with schedule 40 p v c, 4" pipe & an outdoor cleanout for servicing, if & when required. They came back Saturday morning by 8, were done by 2 PM. Remarkable workmanship, and gave me the week day rate. Plus a senior discount. They explained everything and gave me a great warranty, on all the work. I was asked by friends the cost, nobody could believe that I paid around 50% of what they had paid to change pipework inside their basements, not an outside line that was 4 feet down. Thanks, guys for helping an old man out. I tell this story to all my neighbors & friends now. You will too, when you have plumbing issues. Luckily I called them first. It's rare to find good people in this world, & they are a family outfit, not some corporation, out for the big bucks. Keep up the great service. 👍

I called due to my sump pump not working I assumed I needed a new sump pump and that's what I told them on the phone. when they came out in a timely fashion and looked at it, all I needed is one part to fix it. The company was prompt,honest and very professional. Great service!

I am a property manager, for 6 properties. I’ve been using Drains R Us as my only plumbing option happily for 8 Years. Their customer service and skill is amazing. They have seen me through rehabs, floods, leaks, rebuilding water lines, replacing toilets, sinks, flooded kitchens my list can go on and on. So if you have any simple or difficult plumbing jobs that you need help with they can do it. The professionalism and customer service, they really take care of the customer it is amazing.
