I Called today which is Saturday January 13th. A 2 Day Blizzard just hit and over the course if the next 2-3 days it's gonna be -30 degrees wind chills. MY HEAT WENT OUT! DESPERATE! Manuel came to my rescue! SERIOUSLY! He found my 1999 Carrier Furnace needed a Blower Moter. He Was able to locate 1 and Install it. He also cleaned the whole induction system for no extra charge. I'm Very Grateful! Thank You

Manuel was very efficient. We had to get a new outlet installed for our disposal and dishwasher and he figured out a way to do it in the least invasive way possible.
