We try our best to keep pricing as fair as possible to the customer and PMK Solutions. We try to offer more than one option for cost purposes to be able To help the customer who has a tight budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No client is the same. Each project is unique in its own way. I try to view the project from their point of view to understand the expectation of the end result. I pay attention to what bothers them most about their project and put extra effort towards those areas. Building trust is essential for the entire project and can even affect the end result.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
To be honest, I got tired Of waiting for a maintenance person years ago and started learning and absorbing everything I could when I worked as a warehouse manager. If I don’t know how to do something, it’s a matter of days before I know how to do it. But that being said, I am very honest when it comes to something I am not familiar with.
