- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. Depending on the scale of your job, we will either give you an estimate for the job, or charge an hourly rate. Please don't hesitate to call for further information regarding our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time to meet, or talk on the phone regarding your project, send an estimate and then get down to work. We understand getting your projects completed in a timely fashion is ideal and it is for us too! We like to stay in contact with our clients and treat them like our own family.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started our business because we got burned by too many "contractors" giving false promises and falling short on the quality they guaranteed. After 17 years in the automotive industry, and numerous house flips, Andrew decided to redirect his attention and start a home renovations and handyman service company to help everyday people receive the quality they deserve.
