My name is, Michael Karamalegos. I am the broker/ owner of Sheboygan Apartment Finders.
I started my career in Real Estate in 2000 as a building manager and leasing agent in Milwaukee, WI while going to school at WCTC, where I sat as SGA president. I moved to Chicago, IL and took a position as the director of property management for a large firm. There I managed a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of commercial/ retail space scattered through-out the Chicago land area. I loved it. I loved both of those jobs. Real estate has always been a calling for me.
I'm native to Sheboygan, WI and was proud to move back here in 2006. Sheboygan is a remarkable place to live and offers us so many great amenities. Not only is it a wonderful place to raise a family, but from Lake Michigan to the Riverfront to all of the 1st class golf courses, Sheboygan has something to offer everyone.
