Another service we offer is level one (1) desktop support, management of your current hardware, upgrades, roll outs of software, and most importantly, training of software and security procedures. One of our best attributes is holding a client's hand through the process. Coreman Technology also takes prides in arriving on time and staying well beyond if a problem is not resolved. Here at Coreman Technology, we understand that if you are not up and running to your best potential, that reflects upon the service we had provided. Past customers of Coreman Technology have been pleased with the service and speed at which the service is provided. We won't leave until a solution is formed. One example of this, a client gave an urgent call one Friday evening; a service had stopped responding and wasn't giving any errors in the logs for there server. Coreman Technology spent thirty-three (33) straight hours rebuilding the network for the next business day, which just happened to be the following Monday.
