From the time Guadalupe arrived to access the storm damage and provide a quote I was impressed with the knowledge and the way the bid was laid out for ever phase of the job. I was impressed with Victor as the on site project manager making sure every step was completed correctly and to answer any questions and concerns. Just a side note the dumpster contractor and gutter installers spoke highly of Vanguard and Guadalupe.

After wetting 3 quotes, we shoes Vanguard solutions for how Guadalupe presented their value. She took the time to answer all my cuestión. Providing me with all the information to make an informed decision. Did not pressure me into a sale. I admit I was initially hesitant because the business was founded recently, but I got explained that they were new to the contract business but not new to the industry. Carlos the Foreman, has been installing roofs for more then 13 years. To sum up on my experience. I was impressed by the professionalism of every team member.
