- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on size, type and quantity of items. We also charge a $50 disposal fee. Some services are flat fee, Others are hourly (will be determined during estimate)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We want to establish the customers needs through written description and possible pictures. We also like to contact customer by phone. Establishing relationship is key! We will need: *Best contact information *Address that we will be removing items from *Best description of items possible *Partial deposit (for bigger jobs)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our field techs/junk haulers have 3-5 years moving/transportation experience.
