FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project. Any person or contractor who is willing to give a price over the phone without actually seeing the project or coming to meet with you, you should be cautious of. It is impossible to give a exact price of the project without actually being there to see what problems they may or may not run into. And it's important to get the homeowners vision of how they want their house to look after the project is done. This can't be done over the phone. Only rough estimates can be done over the phone and often ends in a bad experience for the customer because they get charged a higher amount from what they are told on the phone when the contractor or person finally set eyes on the project. That's why we don't believe in pricing over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come meet with them and find out what their vision is for whatever the project may be. Talk about materials and all the different options available to them. Let them have a face to speak with and not just a voice over the phone or text from a email. It's our first and foremost goal to provide homeowner's with the best experience from start to finish. All of our customers become a part of the family at Midwest Regional Construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured contractor in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. We have took the time to study and learn not only the nessasary skills for professional assistance and workmanship, but also know the correct codes and permit requirements for your project.
