- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was a tiny kid I was always attracted to the food world. I was lucky to have worked alongside some great chefs and since have been a recipe tester for a very well-known website as well as for a few published books.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, but often get requests for seafood, whole foods plant based, vegetarian, spicy as well as gluten free.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication is key. Have a first meeting where you fill out a form to better understand your needs.
