JB and Ryan at Home Guard were extremely patient throughout the extended period our project took to complete. Phase 1 was concrete work that we had done through their preferred contractor. Phase 2 was porch roof reconstruction we undertook personally. And Phase 3 was the siding, soffit, and gutter work Home Guard's crew installed. Overall, a 3 month project.The steel siding and aluminum soffit and gutters they installed were done to the complete satisfaction of my wife and I. Ryan was very professional throughout the project, answering questions and making cost adjustments for add-ons and material returns, never losing sight of our budget. I will be contracting with them again in the future.

We recently had new windows and a patio door installed, and Im extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Tony did an outstanding job arranging everything he was friendly, organized, and made sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The installation team was professional, efficient, and left our home clean. The windows and patio door look beautiful and work perfectly.What really impressed me was their follow-up service. Several months after the installation, they checked back to see how everything was functioning and to make sure I was completely satisfied. They told me if I ever had any issues, they would be happy to help but everything has been working perfectly with no problems at all.I also want to thank Tonys manager, JB Kim, for overseeing the project and ensuring everything met high standards. I highly recommend this company great quality, great service, and great people!

Great experience from beginning to end. Day 1, the owner was on my roof checking the work site! Ryan Blunt was very helpful with communication to and from the insurance company. All work crews came and went without any mess, whatsoever! Home Guard was able to work within the insurance scope and get everything we wanted and more.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We price individually based off each job. The total price will include new flashing, replacing all vents, underlayment, tear off, disposal and cleanup. We have several grades of shingles to chose from.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    In person inspection and consultation. Quote on site and pick materials, 50% down payment and 50% after work is complete.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure the price is right, but do not go with the cheapest options. They tend to be the most expensive in the end. Make sure they have insurance and licenses. Check if any permits need to be pulled.
