The quality of move was great! Nothing broke except for a small unimportant piece of glass. They packed with care. There was something that didn’t sit exactly right with the couch and despite telling them it was likely there even before the move, they sat down to investigate and fix it. They value the outcome more than the time it takes. While unloading, they didn’t mind when we asked to rearrange things a certain way. Thanks, Evan and Jo!

“We had a few hiccups, and the move took a little longer than expected because I had a lot of items, but overall it was a great experience. Communication was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted it, and all of my furniture was reassembled and put back in place. Any issues that came up were addressed and taken care of immediately. The movers were professional, hardworking, and really cool guys. I would definitely recommend them!”

These guys did an incredible job moving our 3 bed apartment in about 8 hours. They did not damage any of our items and were very quick with their work in over 90 degree heat. They had great attitudes the whole time even when some other residents at our old apartment parked their car in the loading zone (they weren’t loading anything). The other resident was rude but these two guys handled it very professionally. I will definitely be going to them for help with future moves.

They were great!! I’ve had a ton of moves - across the country, as well as overseas. Neon Movers were very professional, responsive and right on time. Prior to moving my furniture, Evan placed a heavy blanket on the wall to protect it from any scratches - very thoughtful. Most moving companies that I’ve dealt with aren’t always careful with my possessions. This move was done quickly and efficiently, and everyone was very personable. They came prepared with tools, a dolly, etc. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend!!
