- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we specialize in rentals $1000/mth+, we don't have a lot of the overhead that larger firms have. Our flat rate pricing for both tenant placement and monthly management is typically below what many owners are paying the competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet at the property, to complete a full walk-through and get to know some of the details about the home. My experience helps me make recommendations that can increase value for the owner and attract a quality tenant. We discuss pricing recommendations and comparable properties in the area. We review the property management agreement and the list of services offered. We put together a great marketing plan to attract a large pool of quality tenants. I handle all of the showings and screen any applicants. We review the applicants and you decide whether to accept or decline based on a full background check, income verification and my professional recommendation. I handle all of the move in inspections and payments are direct deposited to your account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA-Finance degree from UW-Milwaukee in 2008 with certificates in Real Estate and Urban Planning. I worked for 2 major banks over 12 years through and after college, from bank teller, to branch manager, to business banking. In 2016 I was able to leverage my experience in corporate america and follow my true passion of real estate investing. I am an active investor, and manage my properties as well as other clients.
