Introduction: Why do people pick us for their cleaning company? We are a hybrid cleaning service. I have had nannies and hired and fired cleaning companies for my jobs, and I learned everything I could about the other side of the business, the customer end, and built the business over 15 years ago that way. We have expanded from just doing residential and commercial to doing the following: * carpet cleaning * tile and grout restoration * windows * stripping and waxing of floors * fixing and hanging drywall * laying ceramic tile and hardwood floors We do pretty much anything you can think of because if we subcontracted out, they were not up to our standards quality-wise; we did our homework and bot the equipment, and now we can pretty much get a building and bring it back to life. We have a whole line of property managers that we work with also, so obviously, we keep branching out for a reason, supply and demand. We supply the best service in the area, and we work with customers and try to be affordable; plus, all work is done with an owner of our company. This is our bread and butter; we are really family owned and run, and we do almost all the work. You don't have to send a message to get to the boss because the boss is on-site. We have never dealt with contracts, never had to. We keep customers for 6, 7, and 10 years because they love us, and we are family to them, even our commercial accounts.
