FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Life is a learning process. Working in a technology required field we are constantly stay up to date on what is out there and how to get the most from it. Working in a design field we are always staying up to date on the trends from colors to fashions to presentations and graphics trends. We want every project to be as fresh and reflective of our client as possible but we also want every project to be the best we can offer at that time. So constant learning is required.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Over all more than half of our business is video production. Most often we are doing live events. In 2014 that included community and cultural events, weddings, concerts, several fashion shows and two internationally published authors events. After live events our most common video productions are small business commercials/promos and music videos. It follows that most of our photo and design clients are also for events, small businesses, and musicians. Being able to give someone the whole package under one roof is convenient for our clients and us.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Filming in general but especially of events requires an intensive amount of preproduction and postproduction work. With live events we have only one shot to get our shots. For every hour we are out filming there are on avg 10hrs spent on pre and post production.
