I have stayed at multiple units in La Crosse Wisconsin. They are all neat and clean. Ive had small company gatherings with customers and they were all impressed with the decorating and style the units have. Everything you need is in the bathrooms. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. New appliances with all the conveniences of home in the kitchen. The location in downtown La Crosse couldnt be better for a weekend of fun. The bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. I give all of the locations a 10/10.

This was such a great experience, above and beyond what we would have ever expected for a week rental. The beds, bedding, pillows, towels for the bathroom/ beach, and TV in each bedroom. Coffee pot and Kuerig, the kitchen was fully stocked for any type of cooking. Fans, an extra little fridge in the basement, and floaties for the lake. Bonus, washer, and dryer. There were so many unexpected provisions.We fished, floated in the no wake zone lake, and rode the UTV trails. So many good memories made, we had the best time!The house is beautifully updated, and there is plenty of seating in the living room for everyone to sit.No air-conditioning, but wth the house surrounded by trees it stayed very comfortable.The trails were close, the boat landing near, it was so peaceful.

This depends on what you are looking for out of your management company. Ranges from 20-30% depending on services needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do all we can to make it as hands off as possible once we get the property online. You will be given access to an owner dashboard to see occupancy and revenue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 5 years experience in AirBnB management. We also have our own rentals in Wisconsin.
