Matt is a very nice young man but very disorganized. Did not take notes when discussing the scope of work & then claimed we added items not originally discussed. Should have been suspicious when he refused to give a written estimate & wanted to do all correspondence by texting, but husband had job transfer & had to get house ready for sale, FAST.
Job quoted for 2-3 days took over 3 weeks due to scheduling issues & several no shows. When it finally got done, overall quality of work was good.
