The contractor signed a contract without investigating all that was required of them. After multiple attempts at communicating (and voicemails they didn't respond to) they ended up walking off the job leaving me with a month left on my contract timeline and no contractor to do the work. They make you use their program to communicate with them, and I had more than one instance where the line of communication became disconnected because one message would come between two persons involved, and somehow morph or not be communicated to others who would find the information relevant within the project.

Please do not ask for references- instead ask for the names of the last 3 or 4 clients worked for, this way you will not get the chosen few who the contractor knows will give them a good reference.
