- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a veteran owned and operated company. Every job has to have value attached to it whether that’s a profit or a good source for future work. ***************************************************************** I have a soft spot for dogs and other veterans. I always offer a discount of up to 5% for anyone that owns a dog and as a veteran.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we introduce ourselves and see if we’re actually able to help what’s going on. As long as the scope of work isn’t out of my wheelhouse, we then establish if our values align, and if my company and the customer would be a good fit for one another. If that’s the case, we continue to work together and finish the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Roofing industry for six years and have ran multimillion dollar companies. I have served in our country and worked in canine. I also am going to school for my MBA and MS.
