- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we don't have a standard pricing system and this is because customers traveled from different state/city and each individual requests is unique so we have to approach every request in a unique way
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would get a clear understanding of my clients vision for their trip, then from there I would direct them /offer suggestions based on my experience as a travel professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The staff of Mountain Breeze Travel are all certified travel consultant .We also engage in ongoing travel training with our suppliers .As the owner of this great company I have over 20 years of sales and marketing / management experience
