- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees is reasonable with the skills that are taught. I own my equipment it's well maintained and clean. I pay taxs and I'm insured. Yea you may get a firefighter or EMS worker to teach your class cheeper but I follow the rules of each institution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the employers or individuals to find out what their needs are and to help them tailor their class. To make sure they are getting what is required for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only servicing my community, county and state for 38 years as a Firefighter and EMT. I'm certified in teaching American Heart Association, American CPT Training and American Red Cross.
