- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call into our office and complete a quote. We then send a professional housekeeper to their home at the scheduled appointment. Our company follows up with the client after the appointment to ensure that all the clients needs were met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All providers are certified with a 160 hour on the job training with 80% or higher on performance review and 90% or higher on client satisfaction.
