The technician & owner, Ken, answered my calls & was very professional & prompt with answering my questions & was knowledgeable in troubleshooting my problem & had the parts the next day. Ken was at my residence a few minutes before the scheduled time to do the repair & was very professional in the repair work & the clean up after the work was completed. He went above & beyond by sharing advice on how to do personal maintenance to the appliance so further breakdowns would be less likely. I learned he is a military veteran that is an entrepreneur & has received a degree in specialized technology & has been repairing & rebuilding appliances & HVAC equipment for over 6 years. Ken will be the first & the only home appliance technician I will call for any future issues I have AND for any parts I made need. Professional, knowledgeable, affordable, prompt, quality service & a U.S. Veteran!
