Anna's team attacked the mountain of work strategically. They usually use environmentally healthy cleaning products which any other times we would appreciate. But for our purpose, we needed them to use hospital grade disinfectants and extra PPEs. Which they readily comply. That is professionalism.

I was preparing to have interior of home painted on Monday, taking care of a husband who had surgery recently and working, I scheduled another cleaner to come and clean walls, baseboards, door tops and trim on 1/19, they cancelled due to weather which I understood. Went to Thumbtack to see if someone would be available Saturday, 1/20, her site came up and confirmed she was available at 11:00. 11:00 came and went, at 11:13 she said roads were still bad and she had to turn around, which I understood. She asked me if she could reschedule for Sunday, 1/21, I confirmed yes that was fine. She emailed if 9:00 would be good, I confirmed yes. 9:00 came and went, messaged her at 9:17 am and 10:15 am, as 2:00 pm I have not heard anything. I finally had to start on it myself. I understand we had some bad weather, however, in reviewing the webcams, interstate was clear, the sun was out, it wasn’t snowing. I am pretty understanding about weather and emergencies, how ever my gut is she decided she didn’t want or need the job. I have no understanding for bad work ethic, in not communicating when your not going to show, especially since I was up front on why I needed someone on short notice.
