Kelsey is a positive trainer who not only corrects your form and plans workouts, but also teaches you how to structure workouts on your own time. Kelsey is responsive to my questions and always provides intelligent, thoughtful answers. I am a PhD level scientist, so I expect training that is rooted in science. Kelsey delivers! On top of the physical aspects, Kelsey understands the relationship between exercise and mental health. I highly recommend working with her if you are using exercise to address whole-body health.
