- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on scope, materials, access, and project complexity. We provide clear, itemized estimates so customers understand exactly what they’re paying for. We don’t inflate numbers or cut corners to appear cheaper. Any changes to scope are discussed and approved before work begins. There are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the issue or goal, followed by an on-site evaluation when needed. After that, we provide a clear recommendation and written estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, keep communication open throughout the project, and do a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience across roofing, exterior construction, and interior renovations. Leadership has formal engineering education and years of field experience coordinating complex projects. We also stay current with manufacturer installation standards and local building requirements.
