- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to negotiate if a customer cannot afford my typical prices. If sessions are paid for in advance I am willing to give a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them first about what they are wanting to accomplish. Then I explain what I will do with them and see if that is a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a wellness specialist l. I have a background in Sport science and Sport Therapy.
