After half a year of looking for someone to tackle a more unique bathroom (100+ year victorian guts, zero-threshold shower, wheel chair accessibility) for someone with ALS we found Core Development. They were gung-ho about the ideas we showed them and spent a lot of time researching the materials we had already purchased for use.Brian was upfront with his opinion on some of the materials and structure, which turned out to be a blessing. The finished product would have been a shadow of what it is if he had just nodded and said "yes" to me.The work was done well, cleanly, and respectful of our situation. They were perfectionists, yet not uptight in the least if I strayed from wanting perfection (perfection doesn't always meld with 100+ year old houses). Speaking of old houses... they recreated our door trims (or whatever they are called) used throughout our house for the new bathroom. Perfect match! Looking forward to future work with Core Development!!

Did everything exactly as I wanted. Made suggestions during but not pushy with them. All suggestions that were given made things so much better. He really knows what he is doing. All his employees were very easy to get along with.
Our porch looks great and we get great complements from all who sees it. I would personally have Brian and his team work on anything I would need done. I would recommend him to anyone.

Hiring Brian was the best decision we made to do our bathroom extension and remodel. He gave us a clear and concise Plan of work that needed to be done and guided us through various Choices and options to fit our needs. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of our beautiful New Bathroom! :) The staff were all Excellent & Professional as well and the Cost was competitive and very reasonable.
