Due to variations in customer needs, pricing can vary from client to client. It's best to call us so that we can learn more about your situation, circumstances, and goals. We offer significant discounts when combining services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to help each of our clients to make informed decisions associated with their property inspection needs, whether or not they decide to hire us. The first step is to take inventory of our clients needs so that we can email an accurate quote. If our client decides to hire us we'll make every attempt to schedule an appointment during time frames that works for our client. We make a point to be on time within 15 minutes of the schedule. If unforeseen circumstances such as traffic occurs, we'll call. During the inspection phase our clients and the job at hand receive our undivided attention. Reports are prepared and emailed to our clients as quickly as possible. Home Inspection Reports are emailed within twenty-four hours and most often the same day as the inspection. Environmental reports often require 3-7 days due to lab analysis. Payment typically occurs at the time of the inspection unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Tri State Property Inspection carries licenses for: Asbestos, Radon and Home Inspections. No licenses are presently available for mold testing and numerous other environmental testing that we perform; however we've performed several thousand tests and inspections associated with mold and indoor air quality.
