Hello! I am new to the Cheyenne area, but not new to property maintenance. I started maintaining properties for customers in Pennsylvania and Virginia about 13 years ago and I am excited to start work here in Cheyenne. My biggest focus is giving the customer what they need and maintaining a clean finished product. In addition to lawns and landscaping, I can help with tree trimming, tree removal, hedges, gutter cleaning, junk/appliance/furniture removal and snow removal! I look forward to working with you.

They did a great job, we had a treeremoved, a bush removed, and another treetrimmed, and they did it in a professional way and in a very timely manner. Even with the HOA behind us harassing them for a little bit. They were also by far the most affordable out of the multiple quotes we received. Very happy with the service we received. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am up front with everything that I include when I provide a quote or estimate. I will almost always come look at the work in person before providing pricing so that I can make sure we are on the same page with the work that needs to be done and the finished product expectations of the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will want to meet with the customer or someone at the proposed project site to review the work needed. Usually at that point I can provide pricing on the spot and leave it up to the customer when/if they want to schedule the work to be done. I like to make sure we discuss expectations for when during the day the work needs to be completed, as well as make sure the customer has my contact info if there are any questions that come up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not have any formal landscape training but I have been around professional contractors and doing this type of work in one form or another for most of my life. I am committed to giving the customer the product that they want, and I will make fixes or changes to my work if the customer asks.
