We had an old unit (17 years). He was honest and willing to just repair if we wanted. However, we decided to replace whole unit. He offered a great price, was fast and efficient.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. So, on Saturday morning we started to call garage door companies for quotes to fix it. JK gave us the best quote around! Some other companies that we called wanted a lot more money than JK did, because it was the weekend! We are very happy that we went with JK! They did a GREAT job and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!!!

Very competent and caters to his customers. Jeremy came by on Saturday to do the work and I am very grateful. My new garage doors are beautiful Clopay, gray with white trim and windows. His pricing is very reasonable. I will recommend him to my friends and neighbors, should they need type of service.

Do the research, meet the person doing the work and get to know them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What they are actually getting for the price (quality or cheap) Ask about the construction of the door, opener and inner workings of it. Make sure it's not just "pretty" and it will last many years down the road with little maintenance. Who is actually doing the work? So many times companies will send out a great salesman to then send out a minimum wage worker to do the work. With me and my company I'm your salesman, servicemen and installer. With 17 years experience to back it up.
