- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to find the right balance for both the client and myself. Several of these "Handyman" Apps charge an arm and a leg to the client and pay the handyman very little in return, it results in a bad customer experience. I strive to find a fair price and work with my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Information is key. The more information the client has, the better I can figure out what we need to do. I am very communicative and I like to help the client understand the issue and the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been handy all my life. I have helped remodel my parents home. I have worked on cars, electronics and worked in Michigan doing construction work. I remodeled my 1918 home in East Oakland before selling it. I really love working on things.
