- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies depending on if the package or event being requested is custom or one of our original Party Styles. During special occasions and holidays, we tend to offer a more flexible schedule and affordable sales or discounts to all of our clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I ensure that a consultation is first arranged in order for a full outline of what my client is looking for. This helps me prepare for what I will need to detail when the event is confirmed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience and a licensed certification of Event Planning that qualifies me to take on this kind of work. I would also consider the training I received from my aunt's party planning service in the past to be relatable also.
