Introduction: If you're looking for a custom photography session, that is unique to you and your family, I'm the photographer for you! I am Kat, the owner and lead photographer of Kat Oswald Photography based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
I provide custom on-location photography sessions for families, high school seniors, newborns and children as well as bridal, engagement, and anniversary sessions. I offer a fresh, clean approach to photography capturing the beauty, simplicity and playfulness of life, love and family.
My sessions prices are very reasonable and I am more than happy to create custom packages and sessions to accommodate your budget and needs. All sessions include an online gallery where you can not only view and download your images, but you may also share your gallery link with family and friends!! If desired, prints and canvasses may also be easily ordered though your online gallery.
Because I photograph all sessions on location, the possibilities for your backdrop are endless. Some clients prefer sessions to be held in their home or on their property, while others prefer sessions to be in the Bosque, on a hiking trail, in Old town or Uptown, or at a local park. I am eager to hear your location ideas, but don't worry - I also have several locations to choose from should you need help deciding.
My style is fun and relaxed. Although I incorporate formal "eyes on the camera" shots, I do a lot of gentle posing and give loose direction to pull out natural movements and interactions during my photo sessions. This allows me not only to bond with you, but also to capture your true personality and movements. The last thing I want is for any posing to be forced, or for anyone to be uncomfortable at all during a session!! I do my best to create a relaxed environment where you are free to have fun and enjoy yourself and the session.
