Jesus is THE BEST Handyman I have ever encountered in my life. I had a major list of more than 20 items that required immediate attention in order to list my house for sale and a narrow deadline. The repairs included demo and installation of ceramic floor tile and baseboards, drywall 2 closets and a linen closet, painting the interior, stucco repair, driveway asphalt repair, hanging cabinets in the laundry room and unstacking my washer and dryer, changing almost every electrical outlet and cover throughout the house, installing 3 outside light fixtures, replacing the shower pan, decorative shower wall tile and new shower heads, arms and faucets, window crank replacement, new kitchen sink and faucet, restained kitchen cabinets, installed new cabinet hardware, made a new kitchen drawer, fabricated a wooden access door for my radiant floor heating valves, drained my hot water heater, rebuilt the platform, installed a new circulation motor and overflow pipe, and other items. He accomplished all this within 2 months and showed up always on time! Jesus is also a great communicator and continually kept me updated and offered many solutions that saved me money on the long run. He's extremely professional and offers a good rate per job. I only wish that I had found him sooner and definitely give him my highest recommendation.

Jesus is highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, reliable, and trustworthy! He put up 5 new ceiling fans (on very high ceilings that needed a special ladder) and replaced a sink faucet on the fly (broke the day before he came, was not originally discussed), and hauled out the old ceiling fans and sink parts when he was done. He responded to all of my texts and questions promptly. When we discussed future work that needs to be done, he was very knowledgeable about all of the various jobs (patching walls, fixing leaks, patching roof, building bookshelf, even installing a gas fireplace, installing cabinet lazy-Susan, painting cabinets, etc.). I have quite a long list and he was able to describe what would be needed to address each of them. I will not hesitate to call Jesus for future jobs!

Jesus was wonderful. He replaced my front storm door and then I asked him about installing a doggie door. He said he could come back in 1 hour. Which he did. He got both projects done before noon and was reasonably priced. Workmanship was excellent. And he was punctual

Jesus Perez did a perfect job moving a dog door in my home. Removing the old one required him to close up a hole in my house and re-stucco. Installing the new one involved light electrical work. He handled everything with outstanding skill and attention to detail. I highly recommend him and would absolutely call on his services for future home improvement jobs.
