- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Listed below are the packages I offer. All sessions are 50 minutes - 1 hour and can be used at your desired frequency. I also offer split payments if needed. 10 sessions $60 per session 20 sessions $55 per session 30 sessions $50 per session 40 sessions $45 per session
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to speak on the phone and plan a time to meet in person to discuss in further detail your goals, physical limitations, medical history, schedule, price and payment options, plan of action, and just to get an idea of your personality. Once we go over all of these items we can decided if we will be ideal to work together and can select a start date.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Am I ready to commit and make a lifestyle change? 2. What’s a realistic date to achieve my goal? 3. Is this something I can afford? 4. What is the trainers coaching style ? 5. How frequently should I workout?
