- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an intake of info on the dog, including medical history, and all pertinent information. Assess the dog to see what the condition of the coat is. Ask various questions to find out the specifics of how the dog owner wants their dog to look and what are their needs, dog and owner.

I’ve worked with various types of coats and sizes of dogs I’ve worked with very full double coated dogs, terriers, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, doodles, poodles and poodle mixes.
