The first visit, went well, he introduce his card before he start his service and showed me how everything works and what he can do to Improve the performance on my pool. He seems to enjoy what he does. So that is very important, because will help to do a nice job.

Metrotech recently installed a pool heater for us. Best price I could find in the Metroplex and the customer service was outstanding! Alex, was very knowledgeable and patient with all our many questions. They also provided a 2 year extended warranty for our heater. Will definitely use them again for any and all repairs in the future.

Pool was green when we bought, it's clear now. Clean day is every other Wednesday, and we signed up for first two months at 1/2 off normal charge of $90, so $45 a month to come out every other Wednesday. Got charged $45 every other week, disputed, then took them three weeks to come back out. Odd right? Because if I was a full paying customer they would have came out on time without me having to email them three times. Also, each time they clean they are supposed to give you a full report of what they did on the visit: sweep, tablets, skimmers, ph level, etc, and it's happened just one time.

This is just a bizarre review....I reached out to Matt both in voice mail and email but he has not responded....first, Matt signed up in mid November using our 1/2 off first two months promotion with an urgent request to come get the algae out....we did the next day at no extra cost...he also only wanted to get only two services per month (so, his total cost was only going to be $45 plus tax) He was charged when he signed up (for the 2 services in Nov) and again on the 3rd of December for December's services....he emailed he thought he was getting billed $45/service...he received an email response the same day explaining it was only $45/mo...he emailed back "I understand ....it is clear now...thank you!"
He received his two December services on 12/3 and 12/24 and he did receive full reports each time as documented by the email reports automatically generated on each service....Now he did send in 2 emails on 12/17 and 12/22 asking when his next service was...unfortunately his and 12 other emails went to spam and this was not discovered until after Christmas.....(we do have telephones as an alternative means of communication)...so, I can understand his frustration on that point....
When you demand only two services per month in the winter there will be some months where there will be 3 weeks between services...just the way the calendar works....and December was one of those...as explained in an email to Matt.....so, I remain puzzled by his claims otherwise...
Update....we have turned off the spam filter! and encourage our customers to call us in the event of an emergency or need for immediate information
