I'm writing this review for my friend because she will not harm a fly and has gone above and beyond for "Sharon (Jenny) Gibson", but she continues to cancel appointments with her at the last moment because she knows she can or better yet she is always tired and she does not work much. If I could give her a -10 I would. This is not a "legitimate business", she is not reporting any earnings to the" IRS." THIS IS ILLEGAL. She will never rat you put, but she is like my Sister and I'm done with you. Continue to do this to other clients and it will catch up to you. Shame on you for not showing up today to groom her dogs and it's not the first time, but she continues to forgive you. You put really good people in the back burner because you know you can take advantage of them.

Jenny did an amazing job with a rather difficult client - an 11 yr old chin, who needed a lot of grooming. She was patient and truly cared about the grooming and welfare of my dog. Jenny gave her the best grooming ever and listened to all of my concerns and communicated her plan to perfection. No one else will ever groom my dog. Jenny is the BEST EVER!

When writing this review, Miller Grooming only had one other review, so I was a little hesitant to try her out. After calling her and asking a lot of questions, I was convinced she was the right fit for our two puppies. She came over to our house exactly on the time we scheduled and spent over 2 hours on our puppies. When she realized how difficult our dogs were, she came back with her assistant and finished the process. I was very impressed with her level of professionalism, dedication, and care to our dogs. I have already recommended Miller Grooming to several friends and will continue to use them as long as we are blessed with dogs.

My daughter and I both had our dogs treated to a great experience with Jenny. She was so good with them and they looked great. In fact, my daughter's dog had a hot oil treatment for a skin allergy and has never looked so good. We're keeping Jenny on our contact list.
