- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary based on services you'd like done, number of windows etc. In most cases, we price per sq footage or by number of windows. Pricing also varies by the job type (Residential vs. Store Front vs. Commercial)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key to getting desired results. 1) We usually have our customer fill out a form so we know exactly the services they are looking for. 2) We then look up pictures or have customer send pictures of the address they'd like cleaned 3) Once quote is agreed upon, we schedule the job and send reminders / notifications via email & txt. 4) Once we get to the site, we ask for a quick walk around of the windows to be cleaned. We then inspect the windows for cracks, scratches etc. 5) We educate the customer if we will have to use any special tools or processes 6) We perform the cleaning and verify customer is happy with results 7) The next day, we follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and ask for feedback / review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hours of both hands on and online training for window cleaning, safety and customer service We don't plan to stop either. We are constantly looking for ways to improve so our education will be on going.
