Anthony shows up early every session and provides cutting edge programs. He constantly mixes it up so I don’t get bored. I lost 20 poinds since working with him (he is a wealth of information regarding nutrition as well). He pushes me but knows when to put the brakes on when he sees that I’m tired and my form is deteriorating. I highly recommend him!
