- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* Consult with the client to determined the theme of the event and share ideas to come to a decision on how the client want the event to feel and look like. * After working closely with the clients on what they want and how they want it, I like to present the client with a physical proposal so the client can get a feel by picking the correct flowers or the right vases etc... * Once the client is completely happy with my design and approves the proposal, a contract will be provided to the client to sign where all the specifics of the event and resposabilities of Emerald Designs. * The contract will be signed at the time the security deposit is collected which will be applied to the total price of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self made decorator and event planner, I have build a relationship with vendors and venues thru family events that I have planned.
