When dealing with Jeff the owner he provides options. He does not sell extras or overkill. He responded the same day I spoke with their office and was on the property by the next day. He accessed the issue very quickly and explained exactly what and why the issue continued to happen and had gotten worse over time. He quoted the fix on the spot, and we scheduled the job. The job was completed as noted in the time estimated after he reviewed the finished work of this crew he saw something in another area that felt could cause a problem later in time that needed to be done to ensure no water. They came back a few days later and took care of that as part of the original quoted work. This is an owner who does NOT cut corners. I like the fact he saw a potential and didn't say when the issue happens we will come back. Very fair competitive pricing, but better yet Jeff cares about the quality of the work and having a happy customer.

We are very competitive when it comes to pricing. We do not use subcontractors so any work performed by our company is done by our direct employees, which not only allows us to assure the quality of work we perform, but also keeps our overhead lower which allows us to keep our prices low.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I could give a potential customer is not to give in to high pressure sales tactics and to get at least 2 or 3 estimates.
