When I first responded to Jerri's quote, it took her a while to get back to me. She called and explained that she'd been sick and still was. I asked her to call me back when she was better and we could make an appointment for her to come look at what I needed her to do. After several days passed, she called back and an appointment was made. She arrived about an hour and a half after the time she said she'd be here. I didn't say anything because I figured cleaning jobs probably don't end at a specific time since a place might need more time than it has in the past, etc. I showed her the main job I wanted her to do, invited her to sit down and showed her and told her of other things she might tackle the day she came for the job and things I'd like to have her help on in the future. We agreed she'd do these jobs. Then she brought in a woman who works for her so I could meet her. I told Jerri I couldn't afford to pay for both of them. Then I told her I could add $5.00 to her $15.00 an hour charge but I'd have to be careful about the time they were here due to my limited income. Both Jerri and Manuela seemed like kind and sincere people. We set a tentative day and time for them to come. I asked Jerri to check her schedule and let me know for sure. She said she'd call me back to confirm, but never did. I awoke the day they were to come here with chest pains and contacted Jerri to see if we could postpone the appointment until the following day. She told me the next day would be better for her anyway, so we agreed on that. She never showed up the next day. I called and left a voicemail 3 hours later, about 5:00 pm, and told her I was calling it a day. I asked her to please call or message me with a new date and time. It's been a week and neither Jerri nor Manuela has been in touch with me. I wish I could show no rating at all since I have no idea if they are good workers or not. I hope they will contact me so I can know what happened. If it turns out there's a legitimate reason why both women could not contact me, I hope I can add to this review. I am greatly puzzled since they seemed so nice and sincere.
