- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a basic package that starts at $350.00 for 2 hours and includes; 1 hour of idle time, 1-2 photo booth hosts, Setup and tear down, unlimited copies and sessions, props, customized photo strip layout, Choice of backdrop, protective sleeves, optional On-line viewing and upload all sessions to Facebook after the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect with a client we send them a link to our client site where they can view their proposal, contract and any questionnaires that they may have filled in and their invoices and payments.
