He opened up a wall in my bedroom to make the room larger. He then dry walled, textured and painted the room. He then installed a ceiling fan in the room. I also had him install a new Pullman top in my bathroom. Lastly he re-installed the plumbing in the bathroom and placed ceramic tile on my bathroom counter top.

I have had many home repairs throughout the years that have been resolved by Mr. Ortiz. I always look forward to bringing him in for advice, designs issues and overall ease of mind when dealing with upgrades to my properties. I have no doubt that he will give me the quality work I am accustom to at a reasonable price. I cant think of anything that I would change and I look forward to referring John and his crew.

John has done several jobs for me over the years. Jobs have been completed for my business and my home. Some were major jobs as well as minor. Most importantly jobs were completed in great workmanship and in acceptable time frames.

John is a great handyman. Whenever I need help with fixing something around my home he is readily available to help me. Whether it be something small or a project that requires lots of planning and work, he is able to make me feel confident that the job will be done efficiently. All of the results on his projects have come out looking better than I expected. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
