Ed did an amazing job fixing my printer. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my printer. Ed was on time and just seemed very genuine which I liked. He was very sweet as well. I would hire him again easily!

Ed was pleasant, courteous and resourceful and didn't try to sell me anything. My copies were fuzzy, and a new fuser unit would have been $150. Ed did some research with forums online and figured out that all that was needed was a little lubricant for $5. The copies are crisp and dark now. Thank you, Ed! I'm always happy to support small business and repair instead of replace.
