- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a smaller mom and pops shop. So we dont have to charge you extra for all the extra over head. We are reasonable and flexible with pricing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is something we really strive for when working with a new customers. From providing a estimate over the phone to explaining in detail the procedure to get the problem solved. It is the smaller things that seperate us from other plumbers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation when it comes to this trade.
