- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We really don't have a standard pricing for our services because there are so many variables to take into consideration. Is the surface to be coated wood, or concrete? How big is the area? Are there any moisture problems? What is the area to be used for?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to communicate a bit by phone to attempt to understand what the customer is in need of. If we determine we would be a good match for one another, we schedule an in person consultation. During this, we would answer any questions, or concerns they may have. We will also look at the space, and take measurements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of our education is gained through real world, hands on experience. We stay current on new products and techniques by speaking with reps, fellow installers and reading technical documentation as it is released. While we do have certain "2 day certifications" through some companies, we don't hold much weight in these as they are more of formalities to buy their product than anything.
