- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on market standards and is discussed in person when I review a market analysis and marketing plan for your home, if listing. Buyers typically do not pay the brokerage commission. We'll discuss this in our first meeting when reviewing Agency Relationships in Real Estate Transactions, a disclosure required by the State of MN.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person or by phone to do talk through clients preferences, review the steps of the process and determine steps to proceed. It's important to know your priorities, timelines and experiences so I can best formulate a plan to help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed as a Real Estate Agent by the State of MN. I maintain my license by attending Continuing Education courses related to the RE industry. I attend professional development courses each month to hone my skills. I In addition, I have over 25 years in the financial services industry, with experience in leadership, sales, marketing and credit. I have also studied Interior Design and have experience in staging and home decorating, saving my listing clients money in hiring a professional home stager.
